About the Role

 Assist with ARPL Planning and nominations.
 To report daily interventions completed and keep an accurate record of those interventions.
 To assist with all filling and data capturing needs.
 Ensure that training schedule is followed accordingly and reported for non-compliance to the Training Manager.
 Ensure that Assessments are Assessed and Moderated daily.
 Ensure that Student programmes are followed and completed accordingly.
 Ensure that all reports are submitted no later than the second day of every week.
 Accurate assessment, skills, abilities, and knowledge to determine competence levels.
 Reviewing the Assessment of trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training. And report back to the Head of Training.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent

  • Accredited Moderator

  • Accredited Assessor

  • Train the Trainer Certification

  • Blasting Certificate/Competency C

  • 3 years+ Experience in Training

  • Driver’s License

  • Computer Literate

  • Medically Fit for Duty

  • Presenting Classes

  • Moderating POE material

  • Mining background/experience

  • Class Scheduling and Preparation

  • Assessment of POE material
